Elodie Kara is a research engineer and project manager at Igyxos. Previously, she worked on the development of substitutes for hormonal treatments at ReproPharm. She has also taught physiology at the University of Tours. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Tours in 2006. During her master and Ph.D training, she worked on GPCRs signaling.. She did her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Reading (UK), School of Pharmacy, where she worked on GPCRs pharmacology.

Sophie Casteret serves as a research engineer for Igyxos. Her role includes exploring alternative methods to hormone treatment for managing reproduction since 2012 for ReproPharm at first and then at Igyxos. Previously, she served as a research engineer in molecular and cellular biology at the University of Tours and taught biology to middle and high school students. She received her Ph.D. in cancer biology from the University of Nantes.

In 2004, Laurence Dupuy received her PhD. in pharmacology from Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg, France. After two post-docs, she was recruited in 2010 as a research engineer and project manager at ReproPharm. She has developed diagnostic tests to control the reproduction of farm animals at ReproPharm. Since July 2017, she has been a research engineer and project manager at Igyxos.

Jérémy Decourtye is a technical manager for Igyxos. From 2010 to 2017, he served as a technical and production manager at ReproPharm, where he worked on the development and characterization of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for diagnostic kits to improve the breeding control of farm animals. Between 2006 and 2010, he also served as an assistant engineer at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research.
